Effortless Watermelon Carpaccio Feta (Print Version)

01 - 10 pistachios
02 - 30 g feta cheese
03 - 300 g watermelon

→ Toppings & Dressing

04 - Fresh basil leaves
05 - 1 tsp balsamic glaze
06 - 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a mandoline and cut the watermelon into super-thin slices, almost paper-like.
02 - Put those watermelon slices in the freezer for about 10 minutes. It makes them firmer.
03 - Lay out your chilled watermelon slices on a plate. Sprinkle with basil, crumbled feta, and the crushed pistachios.
04 - Right before serving, pour a little olive oil and balsamic glaze over everything.
