Coat the crockpot interior with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Lay the chicken breasts on the crockpot bottom. Dump the whole bottle of Parmesan garlic sauce over them.

Scatter the cream cheese pieces and Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken mixture.

Put the lid on and cook for 5-6 hours on low setting or 3-4 hours on high setting.

Before you serve, pull apart the chicken and mix it thoroughly with the sauce.

Follow the directions on the pasta package to cook it properly.

Throw the cooked pasta into the crockpot. Mix everything well and sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. Dig in!
