Cucumber With Tahini (Print Version)

01 - 2 big cucumbers (around 10 ounces each)
02 - 1 batch of tahini dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Use a spiral slicer to make cucumber noodles. Toss them with a little salt and let them sit over the sink to get rid of extra water.
02 - Follow the linked steps to make your tahini dressing.
03 - Dry off the cucumber noodles with some paper towels. Portion them on plates, and pour the tahini sauce over the top.

# Notes:

01 - This makes about 3 cups of cucumber noodles if they shrink a bit while draining. Skipping the salt and drain part? You’ll end up with roughly 4 cups of crunchier noodles.
02 - Each person gets about 3/4 cup, or a fourth of the full amount.
