Cucumber Lime Mint Sorbet (Print View)

Chilled cucumber, lime, and mint combine for a smooth frozen delight. Naturally sweetened and extra refreshing.

# What You'll Need:

→ Sorbet Base

01 - 2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
02 - 120 ml fresh lime juice
03 - 80 ml honey or agave syrup
04 - 10 g fresh mint leaves
05 - Pinch of salt

# Directions:

01 - Combine the peeled and chopped cucumbers, fresh lime juice, honey or agave syrup, mint leaves, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Process until the mixture becomes completely smooth and uniform.
02 - Pour the blended mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container. Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, stirring vigorously with a fork every hour to break up ice crystals and promote even freezing.
03 - Once frozen and sorbet-like in texture, scoop into bowls or cups and serve immediately for optimal freshness.
