Crunchy Ranch Mushroom Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup cold milk
02 - ½ cup regular flour
03 - ½ teaspoon mixed garlic and onion spices
04 - ½ cup ranch sauce
05 - ¾ cup crunchy panko crumbs
06 - 2 tablespoons powdered ranch mix
07 - 8 ounces cleaned portobello caps
08 - Cooking spray for greasing

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
02 - Grab 4 flat dishes for coating. Pour milk in the first one. Combine flour with spices in the second one. Pour ranch sauce in the third one. Mix the panko crumbs with dry ranch mix in the last one.
03 - Take each mushroom and dunk it in milk first, then roll in flour and tap off extra. Next, cover it with ranch sauce, then finally coat with the panko mix. Put your mushrooms in your air fryer pan or basket and give them a light spray.
04 - Let them cook until they turn nice and golden, around 7 minutes.

01 - These crunchy mushrooms work great as starters or on the side of your main dish. They're best eaten right away while still crispy.
