# What You'll Need:

→ Chaffle Batter

01 - 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
02 - 2 large eggs, well whisked
03 - 1 cup diced ham
04 - 1 pinch salt, optional
05 - 1 pinch black pepper, optional

# Directions:

01 - Set the mini waffle maker to medium heat and allow it to preheat thoroughly.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and diced ham until uniformly incorporated.
03 - Gently fold the freshly grated cheddar cheese into the egg and ham mixture, mixing until evenly distributed.
04 - Place approximately 1/4 cup of the prepared batter into the center of the preheated mini waffle maker.
05 - Close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown and crisp.
06 - Carefully lift the cooked chaffle from the waffle maker using a heatproof spatula.
