01 - 2 pounds yellow potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/2 cup yellow onions, diced
08 - 12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced
09 - 29 ounces cut green beans, drained
10 - 0.6 ounce packet Italian dressing seasoning mix
11 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter

# Directions:

01 - Scrub yellow potatoes thoroughly under running water and cut into quarters.
02 - Place the quartered potatoes at the bottom of a slow cooker.
03 - Evenly sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika over the potatoes.
04 - Add the diced yellow onions to the potatoes and gently toss to distribute seasonings.
05 - Arrange sliced smoked sausage on top of the potato and onion mixture.
06 - Add the drained cut green beans over the sausage and potato mixture.
07 - Sprinkle the Italian dressing seasoning evenly across the green beans.
08 - Place the unsalted butter on top of the layered ingredients, either as a whole stick or cut into pieces.
09 - Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender.
