Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.

Lay the potato skins out on a big sheet pan. Pour olive oil over them, sprinkle on rosemary, garlic powder, and salt. Mix it all together so they're well coated. Spread them out evenly.

Cook for 15-20 minutes until they're crispy and golden brown. Stir them around halfway to ensure even cooking.
