Crispy Rosemary Potato Skins (Print View)

Tossed with rosemary and garlic, these baked potato skins are crisp and golden, making a tasty no-waste snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Potato Skins

01 - Skins from 3-4 big russet potatoes
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
03 - 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
05 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped rosemary

# Directions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Lay the potato skins out on a big sheet pan. Pour olive oil over them, sprinkle on rosemary, garlic powder, and salt. Mix it all together so they're well coated. Spread them out evenly.
03 - Cook for 15-20 minutes until they're crispy and golden brown. Stir them around halfway to ensure even cooking.
04 - Top with extra fresh rosemary or chopped chives and serve right away.
