01 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (optional)

06 - Nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, mix shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped dill pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs if using until evenly combined.
03 - Shape the cheese mixture into small balls or bite-sized portions. Arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Place baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese bites become golden and crisp.
05 - Remove baking sheet from the oven. Allow cheese bites to cool slightly before serving.
