10 - Dipping sauce of choice, such as marinara or ranch

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.
03 - Working one piece at a time, dip each zucchini strip into the beaten eggs to thoroughly coat, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to ensure adhesion.
04 - Transfer coated zucchini fries to the prepared baking sheet, spacing in a single layer for even cooking.
05 - Lightly mist the fries with olive oil spray. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the fries are crisp and deeply golden.
06 - Plate zucchini fries while hot and accompany with your selected dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure fries are arranged in a single layer for optimal crispness and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
