Golden balls with creamy cheese and jalapeno, fried for a crunchy, spicy bite.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese Filling

01 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
03 - 1/2 cup jalapenos, finely diced

→ Breading

04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
05 - 2 large eggs, beaten
06 - 1 cup breadcrumbs

→ Seasoning & Frying

07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Oil, for deep frying

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced jalapenos until evenly incorporated.
02 - Divide the cheese mixture and shape into small, uniform balls using your hands.
03 - Arrange flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third.
04 - Roll each cheese ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat completely with breadcrumbs.
05 - Pour oil into a deep, heavy-bottomed frying pan to a depth of about 2 inches and heat to 350°F (175°C) over medium heat.
06 - Carefully place breaded cheese balls into the hot oil and fry in batches until golden brown and crisp, about 2 to 3 minutes per batch.
07 - Remove fried cheese balls with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, chill the shaped cheese balls for 15 minutes before breading to help retain their shape during frying.
