Strawberry Blended Overnight Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Berry Oat Mix

01 - 240g flat oats
02 - 125ml any milk you like
03 - 150g strawberries from freezer
04 - 250g thick yogurt (try soy version)
05 - 8g (2 tsp) pure vanilla
06 - 10g (1-2 tsp) sweet syrup or other sweetener (if you want)
07 - 1/8 tsp salt pinch

→ White Coating Layer

08 - 80g plant white chocolate, melted down
09 - 1/2 tbsp coconut fat (helps make chocolate thinner if needed)

→ Finishing Touch

10 - 1 pack fresh strawberries, cut into quarters with tops gone

# Instructions:

01 - Throw all berry oat mix stuff into your blender and whizz until you get a smooth, batter-looking mix.
02 - Put the fresh cut strawberry chunks at the bottom of your jars. Then pour your blended oat stuff on top and smooth it out a bit.
03 - Mix your melted white chocolate with the coconut fat if you're using it. Stir it around until it's all mixed up.
04 - Pour your chocolate mix over each jar of oat mixture. Close the lids tight and stick them in the fridge overnight or at least an hour and a half until they're firm.

# Notes:

01 - This blitzed version makes your breakfast way creamier than regular overnight oats.
02 - Make a bunch at once so you've got quick breakfasts ready to grab all week.
