Creamy Chocolate Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 220g (1 cup) of cottage cheese
02 - 2 tablespoons of whey protein powder (12g)
03 - 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder (16g)
04 - 3 tablespoons allulose (30g)—use only 2 tablespoons if swapping with a different sweetener
05 - A teaspoon of vanilla extract

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Fresh berries
07 - A sprinkle of cocoa powder on top
08 - Whipped cream for a decadent touch

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the cottage cheese, cocoa, vanilla, whey protein, and allulose into a blender, food processor, or tall container if you're using a stick mixer. Blend it all until super smooth—around one minute. Don't forget to stop and scrape down the sides with a spatula so everything mixes evenly.
02 - Spoon the pudding into two cups. It's ready to eat at room temp, but if you want it chilled, pop it into the fridge until dessert time. Feel fancy? Add some whipped cream, berries, or a dust of cocoa powder before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Each serving has 19.1g of protein and only 5.4g net carbs.
02 - Keep in the fridge for up to 4 days in a container with a tight lid.
03 - This dish doesn't freeze well. Thawing destroys the texture.
04 - If using sweeter substitutes, start with 2 tablespoons. Most are much sweeter than allulose.
