Creamy Brazilian Coconut Pudding (Print View)

Brazil’s cocada cremosa made easy with milky coconut goodness—just a handful of ingredients for a super creamy, tropical delight.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 3 cups (8 ounces) flaked or shredded coconut, unsweetened
02 - 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1 tablespoon of butter
04 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
05 - 1 cup of coconut milk

# Directions:

01 - Add sweetened condensed milk, butter, coconut, and coconut milk to a medium pan. Keep stirring over low heat until it thickens up and begins pulling away from the pan's bottom.
02 - Take it off the heat once thickened. Stir in the heavy cream at the end. Don't worry if it seems a bit runny now—it'll firm up more while cooling.
03 - Spoon into small serving cups. Let it cool to room temperature or pop it in the fridge to serve cold.

# Notes:

01 - 'Cocada Cremosa' is a creamy Brazilian treat and becomes even thicker once cooled.
