Add sweetened condensed milk, butter, coconut, and coconut milk to a medium pan. Keep stirring over low heat until it thickens up and begins pulling away from the pan's bottom.

Take it off the heat once thickened. Stir in the heavy cream at the end. Don't worry if it seems a bit runny now—it'll firm up more while cooling.

Spoon into small serving cups. Let it cool to room temperature or pop it in the fridge to serve cold.
