# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry

→ Filling

02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/4 cup cranberry sauce or 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
04 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley or rosemary

→ Finishing

06 - 1 egg, beaten with 1 tablespoon water

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and gently roll to remove creases.
03 - Evenly distribute softened cream cheese over the surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
04 - Scatter cranberry sauce or chopped dried cranberries, then crumble feta cheese evenly over the cream cheese.
05 - Sprinkle chopped fresh herbs over the filling.
06 - Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge to form a log, then slice into 1-inch wide pinwheels.
07 - Place pinwheels with cut side facing up on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with egg wash.
08 - Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
