Savory garlic-Parmesan beef burgers with cheddar, fresh veggies, and tangy sauce on toasted buns.

# What You'll Need:

→ Burger Patty

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Assembly

07 - 4 hamburger buns
08 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
09 - Lettuce leaves
10 - Tomato slices
11 - Mayonnaise
12 - Ketchup

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix until ingredients are thoroughly blended, taking care not to overwork the mixture to preserve tenderness.
02 - Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a round patty, gently pressing an indentation in the center of each for even cooking.
03 - Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the patties onto the hot surface and cook for approximately 5 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached for medium doneness.
04 - During the final minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese. Cover with a lid or foil to allow the cheese to melt thoroughly.
05 - Optionally toast the hamburger buns. On each bottom bun, layer lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top. Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the inside of each top bun and cap the burger.
06 - Serve immediately with selected accompaniments such as fries, onion rings, or a crisp salad.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid compacting the patties too tightly to ensure a juicy, tender texture.
02 - Customize with additional toppings such as pickles, onions, or bacon as desired.
