04 - 1 tsp of Old Bay
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/2 tsp dried Italian herbs
08 - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

09 - 8 ounces of crab meat (lump or claw), optional

11 - 6 ounces artichokes, chopped and strained
12 - 1 cup mayonnaise (or substitute with sour cream or cream cheese)

15 - 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
16 - 8 ounces of shredded cheese (mix mozzarella and pepper jack for best results)
17 - 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
18 - 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
19 - 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon
20 - Grated zest of one lemon

→ For the Garlic Butter Dill Sauce

21 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
22 - 1 tbsp minced garlic
23 - 1 tsp freshly chopped dill

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, toss the split-open shrimp with olive oil, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, and black pepper. Make sure every shrimp gets evenly coated.
03 - Get a fresh bowl and combine the crab meat, spinach, artichokes, mayo, Dijon, Worcestershire, breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, dried herbs, lemon juice, and zest. Stir everything until it’s mixed well.
04 - Lay the shrimp flat on a baking tray. Put some of the prepared mixture into each shrimp, pressing it gently to make it stay in place.
05 - Once ready, pop the stuffed shrimp into the oven. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes until the shrimp turn pink, and the filling on top develops a golden, bubbling crust.
06 - As the shrimp bake, whip up the sauce. Melt butter in a small pot over medium heat. Drop in the minced garlic and cook for a minute until it smells lovely (don’t let it brown). Stir in the fresh dill after taking it off the heat.
07 - Take the stuffed shrimp out, drizzle on the warm garlic dill sauce, and serve them up while hot. Perfect as a starter or main dish.

# Notes:

01 - These shrimp, stuffed with crab, make an impressive dish for celebrations or work just as well as a hearty meal with rice or noodles.
02 - If you don’t want to use crab, you can go for a spinach-artichoke filling instead!
03 - For a lighter twist, try swapping out the mayo with Greek yogurt or low-fat cream cheese.
