# What You'll Need:

→ Seafood Filling

01 - 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, finely chopped
02 - 1/2 pound cooked crab meat, shredded
03 - 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
04 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup queso dip, mild or spicy
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Assembly and Frying

09 - 8 small flour tortillas
10 - 2 tablespoons butter or oil, for frying

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, softened cream cheese, queso dip, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well blended.
02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of the seafood and cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Roll each tortilla tightly and secure with a toothpick.
03 - In a large skillet, heat the butter or oil over medium heat. Fry the filled tortillas, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp on all sides.
04 - Remove toothpicks from tortillas, arrange on a serving platter, and drizzle with additional warmed queso dip. Sprinkle with extra chopped cilantro and serve immediately for optimal cheese texture.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure all seafood is well-drained before mixing to avoid excess moisture.
