01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. This temperature works wonders for slowly crisping your chips to perfection.
02 - Use parchment paper to line your baking tray. This keeps the chips from sticking and crisps them up really well.
03 - Scoop small spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the prepared tray. Place them about an inch apart, then gently flatten each scoop with the back of your spoon.
04 - Sprinkle the bagel-style seasoning on each chip, then bake for roughly 45 minutes. They’re done when the edges turn golden and crispy!
