Cold Cherry Chai Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cherry Foam Topping

01 - 2 tablespoons thick cream
02 - 1 ½ tablespoons cherry flavoring
03 - 1 tablespoon full-fat milk

→ Cherry Chai Base

04 - ½ cup concentrated chai tea
05 - ½ cup your preferred milk (2% works best)
06 - ½ teaspoon pulverized freeze-dried cherries
07 - Plenty of ice

# Instructions:

01 - Combine thick cream, cherry flavoring, and full-fat milk in a small cup and whip for 20-30 seconds until fluffy and airy. Put aside.
02 - Pack a glass with ice, then add your concentrated chai and chosen milk.
03 - Layer the cherry foam on top of your iced chai and dust with some crushed freeze-dried cherries.
