Set your oven to 325°F (165°C) and get it heating.

Use a pot over gentle heat to melt together the marshmallows and butter until nice and creamy.

Whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt in a bowl, making sure everything blends well.

Slowly pour the buttery marshmallow mixture into the bowl with the sugar one, stirring as you go.

Toss in the coconut and flour, blending gently until just mixed and you don’t see any more dry flour.

Use parchment to line a rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 1-inch), then pour the batter in and spread it evenly.

Put it in the oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. It’s done when the top’s golden and a knife comes out clean.

Take it out of the oven, let it cool fully, and then cut it into bars.
