Toss everything into a blender or food processor and mix it up. Don't try doing this by hand—it won't stick together properly.

Scoop and roll the blended mix into bite-sized balls. Add a layer of shredded coconut on the outside if you'd like.

Lay the balls out on a sheet lined with wax or parchment paper. Pop them in the fridge or freezer until they're firm.

After they're firm, you can dip them in melted chocolate for a tasty coating, if you'd like.

Any leftovers should be kept in a sealed container, in the fridge or freezer to stay fresh.
