Creamy Coconut Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/8 tsp salt (optional)
02 - 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
03 - 3 tbsp coconut oil
04 - 3 tbsp honey, agave nectar, or pure maple syrup
05 - 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into a blender or food processor and mix it up. Don't try doing this by hand—it won't stick together properly.
02 - Scoop and roll the blended mix into bite-sized balls. Add a layer of shredded coconut on the outside if you'd like.
03 - Lay the balls out on a sheet lined with wax or parchment paper. Pop them in the fridge or freezer until they're firm.
04 - After they're firm, you can dip them in melted chocolate for a tasty coating, if you'd like.
05 - Any leftovers should be kept in a sealed container, in the fridge or freezer to stay fresh.

# Notes:

01 - Coconut oil softens when it's warm, so it may get on your hands while you're rolling—but that's okay, it's good for your skin!
