Layered circus animal cookies, whipped cream, and vanilla pudding for a playful, sweet treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Cookie Base

01 - 14 ounces circus animal cookies, plus extra for garnish
02 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Cream Cheese Layer

03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold

→ Pudding Layer

07 - 1 package (3.6 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
08 - 1 3/4 cups cold milk
09 - 1/2 cup whipped topping, thawed

→ Topping and Decoration

10 - 1/2 cup whipped topping, thawed
11 - Rainbow sprinkles, optional
12 - Reserved circus animal cookies, for decoration

# Directions:

01 - Finely crush circus animal cookies with a food processor or in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin. Combine the crushed cookies with the melted butter and mix until evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form an even crust. Place in the refrigerator while preparing the next layer.
02 - Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and free of lumps. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until blended. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined. Spread evenly over the chilled cookie base.
03 - Whisk instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk in a clean bowl until thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Spread the pudding layer evenly over the cream cheese layer.
04 - Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer. Garnish with reserved circus animal cookies and, if desired, rainbow sprinkles.
05 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight to allow all layers to set before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For clean slices, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water, wiping between cuts.
