Buttery puff pastry twists with a sweet cinnamon-sugar coating—a quick, delightful treat perfect for dessert or alongside coffee.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 beaten egg for brushing
02 - 1 sheet of thawed puff pastry
03 - 60g melted unsalted butter
04 - 50g white sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

# Directions:

01 - Turn the oven on and heat it to 200°C (400°F).
02 - On a clean surface with a dusting of flour, roll your puff pastry until it’s evenly spread out.
03 - Coat the pastry with a good layer of butter, then sprinkle a blend of sugar and cinnamon evenly across the top.
04 - Cut the dough into 2.5cm-wide (1-inch) strips, twist each one a few times, and place them spaced out on a tray with parchment paper.
05 - Give every twist a coating of the beaten egg to make them shiny and golden after baking.
06 - Put the tray in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and puffed up. Let them cool a little before eating.

# Notes:

01 - These are tastiest fresh out of the oven, but you can keep them in a sealed container for 2 days.
