# What You'll Need:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 250 grams all-purpose flour
02 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
03 - 150 grams granulated sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 240 millilitres whole milk
07 - 115 grams unsalted butter, melted
08 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Filling

10 - 55 grams brown sugar
11 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt until thoroughly blended.
03 - In a separate bowl, blend whole milk, melted unsalted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
04 - Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients just until the batter forms; avoid overmixing.
05 - In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the filling.
06 - Spoon a portion of batter into each muffin liner, swirl in half of the brown sugar cinnamon mixture, then add remaining batter on top.
07 - Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
