Warm cookies with cream cheese and cinnamon sugar, blending churro and cheesecake flavors in every bite.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 190 g all-purpose flour
02 - 2 g baking powder
03 - 1 g salt
04 - 115 g unsalted butter, softened
05 - 100 g granulated sugar
06 - 56 g brown sugar, packed
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 5 ml vanilla extract
09 - 115 g cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

10 - 50 g granulated sugar
11 - 8 g ground cinnamon

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In a separate large bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
04 - Mix in egg and vanilla extract until well combined, then blend in cream cheese until smooth.
05 - Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until just incorporated without overworking the dough.
06 - Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each portion approximately 5 cm apart.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool slightly.
08 - While cookies are still warm, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
09 - Roll each warm cookie in the cinnamon sugar mixture, coating evenly.

# Notes:

01 - For crisp edges and a soft centre, avoid overbaking. Coating cookies while warm ensures optimal cinnamon sugar adherence.
