Throw rice discs, banana, dates and seed spread into a food processor. Give it quick pulses until everything turns crumbly but sticks when pressed.

Grab tablespoons of the mix and roll between your palms to create small round balls.

Pop the balls in your freezer for about 15 minutes so the chocolate layer will harden quicker.

Take them out and dunk each ball into the melted chocolate. Add any toppings you fancy.

Let the chocolate fully harden. Eat right away or keep in your fridge for up to a week.
