Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put parchment in an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking dish.

Grab a medium bowl and mix the sweet rice flour, dark cocoa, sugar and baking powder until they're all combined well.

In a bigger bowl, stir the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until everything looks smooth with no egg bits showing.

Put the dry stuff into the wet stuff. Stir it all up until you've got a smooth, even batter.

Pour your mix into the paper-lined pan. Scatter chocolate bits on top. Cook for 60-70 minutes or until it feels firm and a toothpick comes out almost clean when you poke it.

Let your brownies cool all the way down before you cut them up to eat.
