Chewy Choc Mochi Squares (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sweet rice flour (mochiko)
02 - 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder, unsweetened
03 - 1 cup white sugar
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons powder for baking
05 - 5 tablespoons melted butter, unsalted
06 - 2 eggs, large
07 - 12 ounces milk (full fat)
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
09 - 3 tablespoons dark chocolate bits

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put parchment in an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking dish.
02 - Grab a medium bowl and mix the sweet rice flour, dark cocoa, sugar and baking powder until they're all combined well.
03 - In a bigger bowl, stir the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla until everything looks smooth with no egg bits showing.
04 - Put the dry stuff into the wet stuff. Stir it all up until you've got a smooth, even batter.
05 - Pour your mix into the paper-lined pan. Scatter chocolate bits on top. Cook for 60-70 minutes or until it feels firm and a toothpick comes out almost clean when you poke it.
06 - Let your brownies cool all the way down before you cut them up to eat.
