# What You'll Need:

→ Chicken Filling

01 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, finely diced
02 - 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
04 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

→ Slaw

07 - 14 ounces coleslaw mix
08 - 4 green onions, thinly sliced
09 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
12 - 1 tablespoon honey

→ Taco Shells and Garnishes

13 - 16 wonton wrappers
14 - Cooking spray or olive oil, for brushing
15 - Sweet chili sauce, for drizzling
16 - Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
17 - Sesame seeds, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly coat wonton wrappers with cooking spray or brush with olive oil, then drape each wrapper over the side of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form taco shells. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning. Remove shells from the oven and, while still flexible, gently separate using tongs or a spatula to ensure each shell can be easily filled. Return the shells to the oven and bake for an additional 7 to 8 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
02 - In a bowl, combine diced chicken breasts with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the chicken mixture and sauté for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is fully cooked and evenly coated with sauce.
03 - In a separate large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, sliced green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. Toss thoroughly until the vegetables are evenly coated and well mixed.
04 - Spoon cooked chicken into each wonton shell. Top with a generous portion of slaw. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce, then finish with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro and sesame seeds as desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Brushing the wonton wrappers with a small amount of oil yields extra crispness while baking and helps prevent sticking to the pan.
