12 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
13 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
14 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
15 - 2 tablespoons tahini

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together minced garlic, ground cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and ensure each piece is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for enhanced flavor.
02 - In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and salt. Stir thoroughly until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until assembling.
03 - Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange marinated chicken in a single layer and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Achieve a well-charred surface.
04 - Transfer cooked chicken to a board, let rest for 5 minutes, and slice into thin strips.
