Chicken Chipotle Ranch Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 oz crispy tortilla strips or crushed chips for a crunch
02 - 1/2 a head of iceberg lettuce, chopped into small bits (about 4 cups)
03 - 16 oz of seasoned, grilled chicken breast slices
04 - 16 oz of shredded cheese, like Mexican blends or Colby jack
05 - 8 large tortillas, about 10 inches wide
06 - 1 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes (around 3/4 of a big beefsteak tomato)

→ Sauce

07 - 1/2 cup of creamy, smoky Chipotle Sauce from Taco Bell
08 - 1/2 cup of your favorite ranch dressing

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the lettuce, dice up the tomatoes, and shred the cheese. Make sure everything's prepped and within reach, so putting it together is a breeze.
02 - On a tortilla, layer 1/2 cup of shredded chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/3 cup crunchy tortilla strips, 1 Tbsp ranch dressing, 1 Tbsp chipotle sauce, and 2 Tbsp diced tomatoes.
03 - Fold the edges in, then roll it tightly into a snug burrito shape.
04 - Warm up a skillet on medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down first, then grill each side until they’re crispy and lightly browned.
