# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef or substitute with ground turkey or plant-based alternative
02 - 2 cups frozen tater tots
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 1/2 cup sour cream
06 - 1/4 cup Taco Bell chipotle sauce, or to taste
07 - 6 large flour tortilla wraps
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Optional Toppings

09 - Diced tomatoes
10 - Chopped green onions
11 - Cilantro

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven and cook frozen tater tots according to the package directions until crisp and golden.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until well browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain excess grease.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the cooked ground beef, lightly crushed tater tots, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded Monterey Jack cheese until evenly combined.
04 - Heat the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 10 to 15 seconds to soften and make them pliable.
05 - Spoon a generous amount of filling onto the center of each tortilla. Drizzle each with chipotle sauce and add a spoonful of sour cream.
06 - Fold in the edges of each tortilla, tuck up the bottom, and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
07 - Arrange burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Sprinkle additional shredded cheese over the top, then bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and cilantro if desired. Serve hot with extra sour cream and chipotle sauce alongside.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispy burritos, pan-sear them briefly in a skillet before baking.
