Warm, flaky crescents with creamy mozzarella, garlic, and parsley, brushed in savory butter for perfect flavor.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough and Fillings

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Topping

08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Additional fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and finely chopped parsley until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
03 - Season the cheese mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
04 - On a lightly floured surface, unroll the crescent dough and carefully separate it into individual triangles along the perforations.
05 - Place approximately one tablespoon of the cheese filling onto the wide end of each dough triangle. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the sides to enclose the filling.
06 - Transfer filled crescent rolls to the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly to ensure even browning.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crescents are puffed and golden brown.
08 - While crescents are baking, melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in garlic powder until fully incorporated.
09 - Once baked, remove the crescents from the oven and immediately brush the tops with garlic butter. Sprinkle additional chopped parsley over each roll. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal texture, use freshly shredded mozzarella and full-fat cream cheese. Serve warm for the best flavor.
