01 -
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
02 -
Shred cheddar cheese and grate Parmesan cheese. Mince garlic and set aside.
03 -
Melt salted butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl, then allow to cool slightly. Stir in minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parsley, and salt until fully incorporated.
04 -
Open the biscuit tubes. Flatten each biscuit individually using a rolling pin to approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
05 -
Spoon a small amount of cheddar cheese and a portion of garlic herb butter mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit. Pinch edges together to seal and form a ball.
06 -
Place sealed dough balls, pinched-side down, into an ungreased 12-inch skillet, spacing slightly apart.
07 -
Brush the tops of dough balls with additional garlic herb butter. Sprinkle half the remaining cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over the dough.
08 -
Transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 15–17 minutes, until the bread is cooked through, golden brown, and cheese is melted.
09 -
Remove from oven and lightly brush with more garlic herb butter. Top with desired amount of extra cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
