Pull-apart bread loaded with cheddar, garlic butter, and herbs. Perfect for sharing fresh from the oven.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 2 tubes refrigerated country biscuit dough

→ Cheese

02 - 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

→ Butter Herb Mixture

04 - 1 1/4 cups salted butter
05 - 6 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 3/4 teaspoon dried parsley
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
02 - Shred cheddar cheese and grate Parmesan cheese. Mince garlic and set aside.
03 - Melt salted butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl, then allow to cool slightly. Stir in minced garlic, dried oregano, dried parsley, and salt until fully incorporated.
04 - Open the biscuit tubes. Flatten each biscuit individually using a rolling pin to approximately 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
05 - Spoon a small amount of cheddar cheese and a portion of garlic herb butter mixture into the center of each flattened biscuit. Pinch edges together to seal and form a ball.
06 - Place sealed dough balls, pinched-side down, into an ungreased 12-inch skillet, spacing slightly apart.
07 - Brush the tops of dough balls with additional garlic herb butter. Sprinkle half the remaining cheddar cheese and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese over the dough.
08 - Transfer skillet to oven. Bake for 15–17 minutes, until the bread is cooked through, golden brown, and cheese is melted.
09 - Remove from oven and lightly brush with more garlic herb butter. Top with desired amount of extra cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure biscuits are properly sealed to prevent cheese and butter from leaking during baking.
