Feta Beef Patties Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs ground beef
02 - 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
03 - 1 egg
04 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
05 - 2 tsp minced garlic
06 - 2 tbsp beef broth
07 - 1 cup heavy cream
08 - 1 tsp Italian herbs
09 - 1/4 cup diced green onions
10 - 2 tbsp tomato paste
11 - Salt and pepper for seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and throw in the ground beef, egg, crumbled feta, fresh basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Get your hands dirty and mix everything until it's all combined.
02 - Take the meat blend and shape it into 14 same-sized patties.
03 - Put a big skillet on medium-high heat. Cook your patties until they're done how you like them. You might need to cook them in batches if your pan's too small.
04 - Take the cooked patties out and put them aside. Pour out the extra fat from the pan.
05 - Turn the heat down to medium. Pour in the beef broth and scrape up all the tasty bits stuck to the bottom of the pan.
06 - Stir in the heavy cream, Italian herbs, diced green onions and tomato paste until everything's mixed well.
07 - Add some salt and pepper to your liking, and let it bubble until it gets thicker.
08 - Put the patties back into the skillet and flip them around to cover them in the sauce.
09 - Dish it up hot and sprinkle with extra green onions on top if you want.
