Grab a big bowl and throw in the ground beef, egg, crumbled feta, fresh basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Get your hands dirty and mix everything until it's all combined.

Take the meat blend and shape it into 14 same-sized patties.

Put a big skillet on medium-high heat. Cook your patties until they're done how you like them. You might need to cook them in batches if your pan's too small.

Take the cooked patties out and put them aside. Pour out the extra fat from the pan.

Turn the heat down to medium. Pour in the beef broth and scrape up all the tasty bits stuck to the bottom of the pan.

Stir in the heavy cream, Italian herbs, diced green onions and tomato paste until everything's mixed well.

Add some salt and pepper to your liking, and let it bubble until it gets thicker.

Put the patties back into the skillet and flip them around to cover them in the sauce.

Dish it up hot and sprinkle with extra green onions on top if you want.
