Get your oven heated to 190°C (375°F). Follow the directions on the package to cook those pasta shells. Drain them and let them cool down.

Grab a skillet and cook the ground beef on medium. Drain off the grease, stir in marinara, and take it off the burner.

Take a bowl and stir together ricotta, the egg, a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix it up until it's nice and creamy.

Spoon the ricotta mixture into each pasta shell. Line them up in a baking dish after filling.

Spread the beef and sauce mixture over the stuffed shells. Toss mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.

Cover the dish with foil and pop it in the oven for 25 minutes. Take the foil off and bake for 10 more minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
