Follow the package directions to combine the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, seasoning, and garlic powder. Set it aside.

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat two muffin pans with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayo, mustard, onion powder, paprika, and crushed crackers. Mix well and adjust mayonnaise if it's too dry.

Take a scoop of dough and flatten it in flour-dusted hands. Form into a little cup, fill with the crab mixture, then seal with another layer of dough.

Put the formed cups in the greased muffin pans and bake for 12-15 minutes until they turn golden and cooked.

As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven, brush their tops with a mix of the melted butter and lemon juice.
