Cheddar Biscuits Crab Filling (Print View)

Light cheddar biscuits stuffed with crab and drizzled with lemon butter, perfect for a cozy seafood bite.

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough Mixture

01 - 1 tsp Italian herbs
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - One pack of Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

→ Crab Meat Blend

04 - ½ cup mayo, add more if needed
05 - ¼ tsp of paprika
06 - ½ tsp of powdered onion
07 - A cup of shredded Parmesan
08 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
09 - 1 pound cooked lump crab meat
10 - Half a sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers

→ Finishing Touch

11 - 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
12 - 2 tbsp butter, melted

# Directions:

01 - Follow the package directions to combine the Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix, seasoning, and garlic powder. Set it aside.
02 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat two muffin pans with cooking spray.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, mayo, mustard, onion powder, paprika, and crushed crackers. Mix well and adjust mayonnaise if it's too dry.
04 - Take a scoop of dough and flatten it in flour-dusted hands. Form into a little cup, fill with the crab mixture, then seal with another layer of dough.
05 - Put the formed cups in the greased muffin pans and bake for 12-15 minutes until they turn golden and cooked.
06 - As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven, brush their tops with a mix of the melted butter and lemon juice.
