Buttery Sausage Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Sausage Pieces

01 - 450g of turkey sausage, sliced into small chunks
02 - 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves
04 - 1 teaspoon of thyme, dried
05 - Salt and black pepper, seasoning as preferred

→ For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta

06 - 225g of your favorite pasta
07 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
08 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
09 - 1 cup of heavy cream
10 - 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, shredded
11 - Salt and pepper, adjust seasoning as needed
12 - Chopped parsley for sprinkling on top

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions and cook the pasta until it's firm but cooked through. Drain, then set it aside.
02 - Heat up 4 spoons of butter in a large pan over medium heat. Toss in the turkey sausage slices and cook them until all sides are brown, which takes about 5 to 7 minutes. Take them out and keep them on the side.
03 - In the same pan, toss in the garlic you minced earlier and the dried thyme. Let it cook for about 1 to 2 minutes, just until you smell that garlic aroma.
04 - Pour the heavy cream into the pan, turn to a gentle simmer, and mix in the Parmesan cheese. Season lightly with salt and black pepper. Keep stirring until it starts to thicken—around 3 to 5 minutes.
05 - Add the drained pasta into the pan and toss it well so the creamy sauce coats it completely.
06 - Put the browned sausage pieces back in, carefully mixing them into the pasta and sauce combination.
07 - Sprinkle chopped parsley over everything and serve right away while it's warm.

# Notes:

01 - A small amount of pasta water can be saved to thin out the sauce if it gets too thick.
