Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Flatbread Base

01 - 2 flatbreads (approximately 410 g total)

→ Sauce and Toppings

02 - 2 teaspoons light olive oil
03 - 120 ml buffalo wing sauce, plus extra if preferred
04 - 225 g cooked chicken breast, diced
05 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 80 ml blue cheese dressing, plus extra if desired
07 - 3 green onions, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place flatbreads on the prepared tray and lightly brush the edges with olive oil.
03 - Bake the flatbreads for 5 minutes until warmed and just starting to crisp.
04 - Remove from the oven and evenly spread buffalo sauce over the flatbreads. Distribute diced chicken and mozzarella cheese on top. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
05 - Return to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown. For additional browning, broil on high for 1-2 minutes if desired.
06 - Remove from the oven. Top with sliced green onions and extra buffalo sauce or blue cheese dressing as desired.

01 - For optimal texture, use pre-cooked chicken and assemble toppings just before baking.
