Blue Strawberry Cocktail (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Liquors

01 - 1 oz blue curaçao
02 - 2 oz tequila (use blanco if you've got it)

→ Mixers

03 - ½ oz of fresh lime juice
04 - ½ oz thick strawberry purée
05 - 1 oz coconut cream
06 - 2 oz of sweet pineapple juice

→ Other

07 - Ice (use cubes or crush it)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss some ice into your cocktail shaker.
02 - Pour in the tequila, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice, and curaçao.
03 - Give it a good shake until it's icy cold (roughly 15 seconds).
04 - Dump the strawberry purée into your glass. Gently strain the cold mix on top so layers form.
05 - Add a sprig of mint, a pineapple slice, and a strawberry to pretty it up.

# Notes:

01 - If you want those layers to pop, slowly pour the mix down the back of a spoon.
