Delicious Blackberry Bacon Grilled Cheese (Print View)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
02 - 2 slices sourdough bread
03 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
04 - 4 slices cooked bacon
05 - 0.5 medium jalapeño, thinly sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
06 - 3 tablespoons blackberry jam

# Directions:

01 - Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Place both bread slices, buttered side down, on a clean surface. Layer Swiss cheese, bacon, and jalapeño slices on one slice. Spread blackberry jam evenly on the other slice.
03 - Close the sandwich by placing the jam-topped slice over the cheese and bacon-covered slice, with the buttered sides facing outwards.
04 - Place the assembled sandwich in a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown and the cheese has melted.
