In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, honey, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth. Cover and refrigerate while prepping the other ingredients.

Prepare the breaded chicken tenders as instructed on the packaging. Air fry for the best texture, if available.

Cook bacon slices in the oven, on a frying pan, or in an air fryer until browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels.

Place brioche hot dog buns in the air fryer or oven for 1 minute to lightly toast.

Spread the prepared sauce on the inside of each bun. Layer with chicken tenders, crispy bacon, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, red onion, and dill pickle slices.

Sprinkle each sandwich with a few turns of cracked black pepper and, if desired, additional sauce before serving.
