Big Mac Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rolls

01 - One pack (12 oz) of King Hawaiian rolls

→ Special Sauce

02 - 1/2 cup of mayo
03 - 2 spoonfuls of French dressing
04 - 4 small scoops of sweet pickle relish
05 - 1 spoon of finely chopped onion
06 - 1 tsp white vinegar
07 - 1 tsp sugar
08 - A pinch of salt (1/8 teaspoon)

→ Sliders

09 - Two pounds of ground beef
10 - Half an onion, chopped finely
11 - 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
12 - Black pepper, add as much as you like
13 - 6 slices of cheddar cheese
14 - One cup of dill pickles, thinly sliced
15 - 2 cups of shredded lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with a layer of nonstick spray.
02 - Carefully cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Lay the bottom part into the greased dish.
03 - Grab a small bowl and mix together mayo, French dressing, relish, chopped onion, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir well till smooth.
04 - In a large frying pan, cook up the ground beef along with chopped onions, seasoned salt, and pepper over medium heat. Stir until the onion is soft and clear. Drain any leftover grease.
05 - Spread half the sauce on the bottom rolls. Layer on half the cooked beef, cheddar slices, the rest of the beef, shredded lettuce, and pickles. Cover with the top rolls after spreading them with the rest of the sauce.
06 - Brush melted butter on top, sprinkle on sesame seeds, cover the dish with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Cut into sliders and serve warm.
