Big Mac Handhelds (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 1 lb. ground beef, lean
02 - 1 tsp salt
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
05 - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

→ Special Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
07 - 2 tbsp ketchup
08 - 2 tbsp grated onion
09 - 1 tsp white vinegar
10 - 1 tbsp pickle relish
11 - 2 tsp yellow mustard
12 - 1/4 tsp sweet paprika

→ Wrap Toppings

13 - 4 small (6-inch) flour tortillas
14 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
15 - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
16 - 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
17 - 1/4 cup sliced onion
18 - 2 cups shredded lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the mayo, ketchup, grated onion, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika in a mixing bowl. Stir until creamy, cover, and chill until you're ready.
02 - In a skillet on medium heat, cook the meat, stirring to break up chunks while it browns. Once done, pour off the extra grease.
03 - Add the Worcestershire sauce along with the garlic, salt, and pepper to the cooked beef. Stir well to mix it all up evenly.
04 - Lay out a tortilla, pile on some lettuce, cheese, pickles, onion, tomatoes, a portion of the beef, and finish with a spoonful of sauce.
05 - Wrap the tortillas up snugly, like burritos. Secure them with a toothpick if necessary, and enjoy while everything's hot and fresh!

# Notes:

01 - These wraps taste like a Big Mac but are super easy to whip up at home. Great for weeknight dinners!
02 - You can skip making the sauce and grab some ready-made thousand island dressing if you're in a rush.
03 - Want it lighter? Swap the beef for ground turkey or chicken.
04 - Although best fresh, the leftover wraps can chill in the fridge for up to 3 days.
05 - Store the sauce in a sealed container, and it'll be good for about 10 days in the fridge.
