Comfort meets classic flavors: cheese, beef, pickles, lettuce, and special sauce pile onto baked potatoes.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 large russet potatoes
02 - 1/2 pound ground beef
03 - 1 tablespoon burger seasoning blend

→ Toppings

04 - 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
05 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons minced onions
07 - 8 dill pickle slices
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

→ Special Sauce

09 - 1 cup mayonnaise
10 - 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
11 - 1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
12 - 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
13 - 1 teaspoon distilled vinegar
14 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
16 - Salt, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Scrub potatoes thoroughly, pierce several times with a fork, and bake directly on oven rack for 50-60 minutes until tender.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well blended. Set aside.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and burger seasoning. Cook, stirring frequently, until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat from skillet.
04 - Carefully cut each baked potato lengthwise and gently open. Top with shredded lettuce, then spoon hot cooked beef over lettuce.
05 - Sprinkle with shredded cheese and minced onions. Place pickle slices evenly over each potato, and garnish with sesame seeds.
06 - Drizzle prepared special sauce over each loaded potato. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor and texture, toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet before adding.
