Garden greens garnished with juicy berries, sliced avocado, sugar-coated pistachios and crumbled feta drizzled with tangy pomegranate sauce.

# What You'll Need:

01 - 5 ounces mixed spring greens
02 - 6 ounces butter lettuce, cut up
03 - Sugar-coated pecans
04 - 1/2 medium red onion, cut into thin strips
05 - 1 watermelon radish, cut paper-thin
06 - 1 to 2 small avocados, cut into slices
07 - 1 cup blueberries, washed
08 - 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
09 - 2 ounces feta cheese, broken into chunks
10 - Smooth pomegranate dressing

# Directions:

01 - Mix together the spring greens and butter lettuce, then spread on a large plate or put into separate serving dishes.
02 - Scatter the sugar-coated pistachios, red onion strips, radish, avocado pieces, blueberries, pomegranate seeds and feta chunks on top.
03 - Pour your favorite amount of pomegranate dressing over everything just before you eat. If you want, add some cracked black pepper on top.
