Banana Oat Coffee Chill (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Banana Mixture

01 - 2 bananas, frozen
02 - 1¼ cups (300 mL) oat milk for baristas
03 - 1 cup (111 g) ice
04 - 2 Medjool dates with pits taken out
05 - 1½ tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract
06 - ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

→ Putting Together

07 - 1 cup (111 g) ice
08 - 1 cup (240 mL) freshly made espresso

# Instructions:

01 - Throw frozen bananas, oat milk, ice, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon into your blender. Whizz everything until you've got a smooth, creamy mixture.
02 - Split the ice between your glasses, then slowly pour espresso over the top.
03 - Add the banana mixture on top of your espresso. Give it a light stir to barely mix the layers and drink right away.
