# Ingredients:

→ Dry Stuff

01 - 2 cups regular flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
04 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
05 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Wet Stuff

06 - 1 cup brown sugar
07 - ½ cup soft butter
08 - 3 smashed bananas

→ Add-ins

09 - 1 cup shredded carrots
10 - 1 cup chopped walnuts

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter up two 4x8-inch bread pans.
02 - Put flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix them up.
03 - With an electric mixer, whip the brown sugar and butter in another bowl until it's fluffy and smooth.
04 - Add the flour mix and smashed bananas to the butter mix a bit at a time. Stir just enough to blend. Then gently add the carrots and walnuts.
05 - Fill your greased pans with the mix. Stick them in the hot oven for about 50 to 60 minutes. It's done when you can poke it with a toothpick and nothing sticks.

# Notes:

01 - These make great gifts during holidays if you bake them in tiny loaf tins.
