Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter up two 4x8-inch bread pans.

Put flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix them up.

With an electric mixer, whip the brown sugar and butter in another bowl until it's fluffy and smooth.

Add the flour mix and smashed bananas to the butter mix a bit at a time. Stir just enough to blend. Then gently add the carrots and walnuts.

Fill your greased pans with the mix. Stick them in the hot oven for about 50 to 60 minutes. It's done when you can poke it with a toothpick and nothing sticks.
