# Directions:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
03 - Add fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until completely wilted. Season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
