Baked Chicken Cheese Taquitos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 small tortillas, flour or corn
02 - 1 tsp cumin powder
03 - 1 tsp onion powder
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder
05 - Salt and pepper to your liking
06 - 2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
07 - ¼ cup of your favorite salsa
08 - 4 oz of softened cream cheese
09 - ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
10 - Cooking spray or a light brush of olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking pan.
02 - Grab a bowl and toss in the chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, plus a pinch of salt and pepper. Give it a good stir until it's blended.
03 - Scoop around 2-3 tablespoons of the filling onto a tortilla, spreading it down the middle. Roll it up snug and lay it seam-side down on the lined pan.
04 - Brush oil or spray lightly over the rolled taquitos. Pop them in the oven for 15-18 minutes until they're crunchy and golden.
05 - Serve warm with sour cream, guac, or extra salsa on the side for dipping.
